we use for our own pets. We are pet owners
and lovers, and we understand that pets

Return
Policy
Here at America Outdoor, we provide our customers
with the best products and the best customer
service. We want you to be completely happy
with every purchase. If for any reason, you
are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will
gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Our returns process is quick and simple, and
the policies we have in place ensure that we
can continually offer our customers the best
products at the lowest prices.

Returns need to be requested within
30 days of receipt and are charged
a 15% restocking fee. Due to the
unique nature of
PIF-300 it will be charged an 20%
restocking fee. Initial and return
shipping charges are not
refundable. Defective
item are covered by manufacturers
warranty and will be replaced quickly
by the
manufacturer.
All returns must have a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. No returns
will be accepted without
receiving prior
return authorization.
Merchandise must be undamaged in
a new resalable condition, in the
original packaging and must include
manuals, blank
warranty cards and all accessories
provided by the manufacturer. All
returns will be inspected
by our returns
specialists. All orders receive a
minimum 15% restocking fee deduction
from the returned
amount. Partial
returns and/or damages will NOT
receive a full credit up to an addition
20% will be
assessed. Items
damaged through “wear and tear” or
due to return shipping damage will
receive
PARTIAL
or NO CREDIT at the discretion
of AmericaOutdoor.com.
If the item returned is NOT
free of pet hair, debris and/or odor,
your refund will be less than the
original
charge to you or
no refund at all.
All returns are processed online
using the following procedure.

If any of this information is
missing from your email, NO Return
Authorization will be issued. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
If these instructions are followed
properly, you should receive your
Return Authorization Number via email
within 3-4 business days.
Please allow 14-21 business days,
although it is often less, for your
return to be inspected and for accounting
to issue your credit.
Depending on your bank, it may take
3-5 business days for you to see your
creit once it has been issued.

Order Cancellations
We strive to process your order as quickly
as possible in order to get it to you in a
very timely manner. If you decide you must
cancel your order, please do so by calling
our customer service number at 813-769-2452
within 4 business hours of order placement.
No e-mailed cancellations can be accepted.
Orders cancelled after the 4 hour limit,
but before shipment, will be charged a 10%
cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped,
it becomes our customer’s responsibility and
a Return Authorization Number must
be obtained once your order has arrived.
Refused Orders
Should you decide that you wish to refuse
receipt of an item when delivered by UPS,
USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately
ordered from us, credit will be issued for
the item, minus shipping charges and minus
a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued
once the item has been returned to us and
after inspection by our return specialists.
